Our Policies

Cancellation, Deposit & Booking Policies:

  • A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to guarantee the reservation.
  • We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded minus a 20% service charge or minimum $20.
  • There will be no deposit refund for cancellations received 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
  • If you are staying with us for more than one night, please note that the deposit will be applied to the last night of your intended stay and will be forfeited if you depart prior to final day of your reservation.
  • In the event of a no-show, the full room charge for the entire period reserved will be debited.
  • Check in: 3-6 p.m.
  • Check out: 11 a.m.
  • Please contact us for arrivals outside of the standard Check-In time.
  • Guests that have not arrived by 6 p.m. and have not made late arrival arrangements will be charged as no-shows.
  • Children over 16 welcome when accompanied by a parent or supervising adult.
  • Children under 16 are only accommodated when the entire house is booked.
  • No pets allowed.

Pool Policies:

  • Pool Hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Pool Open: (April through October)
  • No Diving
  • No Life Guard on Duty
  • Signed Activity Waiver is Required

Hot Tub Policies:

  • First Appointment – 9:00 AM
  • Last appointment 8:00 PM
  • 30-minute appointments every hour

  • Only 2 people at a time
  • Signed Activity Waiver is Required

Spa Warnings & Regulations

  • Risk of Fetus Damage. Hot water exposure limitations vary from person to person. Pregnant women and small children should not use the spa without medical approval.
  • Risk of Drowning. Other persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and other health problems should not enter the spa without medical approval.
  • Risk of Drowning. Do not use the spa while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or drugs that cause sleepiness and drowsiness or raise/lower blood pressure.
  • Risk of Drowning. Use caution when bathing alone. Overexposure to hot water may cause nausea, dizziness, and fainting. Lower water temperatures are recommended for young children and for extended use (more than 10-15 minutes).
  • Risk of Drowning. Do not use or operate spa if the suction fitting is missing, broken, or loose.
  • Risk of Child Drowning. Unsupervised use by children is prohibited.
  • Children under five shall not use the spa.
  • Risk of Injury. Check spa temperature before entering. The spa temperature should not exceed 104 Degrees F.
  • Risk of Injury. Enter and exit slowly.
  • Risk of Injury. Keep all glass and breakable objects out of the spa area.
  • Risk of Shock. Never place electrical appliances (telephone, radio, or televisions) within five feet of the spa.

Sauna Policies

Sauna Room Regulations
  • Sauna Room temperature is 165F to 185F [74C to 85C].
  • Not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular or respiratory disorders.
  • Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy or lightheaded. Staying too long in a heated area will cause your body to overheat.
  • Food, gum, beverages, glass, plastic or metal items are prohibited in the sauna room. They will become burning hot to the touch.
  • No children under 16 years of age allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Recommended use is a maximum of ten minutes.
  • Breathing heated air in conjunction with the consumption of alcohol, drugs, or medication is capable of causing unconsciousness.
  • Showers required before entering.
  • Elderly persons, or anyone under a physician’s care and those persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, and other health problems should not enter the sauna room without prior medical consultation and permission from their doctor.
  • Do not use the sauna immediately after a full meal or rigorous exercise.
  • Pregnant women and small children should not use the sauna room prior to medical consultation.
  • Do not use alone. Do not use the sauna room while under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics, tranquilizers, or other drugs that cause sleepiness, drowsiness, or raise/lower blood pressure.
